 Several of my higher paper GCSE students have asked me to help them to learn and revise iteration. Iteration is new to GCSE, replacing 'Trial and Improvement'. This video will prove useful to anyone needing a little extra help - I will certainly be using it to support my lessons.

This is a most interesting article, for anyone who wants to think about our current exam system in the U.K. rethinking-ed.org/2017/03/29/is-everyone-ok/   All of my current Y6 and GCSE students are being prepared for their exams. The Y6 SATs take place in the week beginning May 8th 2017, while the dates for GCSE maths are 25th May, 8th June and 13th June 2017. Due to the increased demand of my service, especially in areas such as SATs and GCSE Maths, I have very limited availability running into the exam period. I am taking tuition bookings for May/June and September starts so if you would like to reserve a space please get in touch so that you can be given priority when spaces do become available.
